AGOV availability
Availability of operations
AGOV is operated by a 24/7 organisation in the Federal Administration's data centres and its availability is automatically monitored. The platform and software are designed for a high level of resilience. Any malfunctions that nevertheless occur are always remedied as quickly as possible by professional teams.
Organisation of operations
The operating organisation is divided into AGOV platform operation, including database and connectivity, and AGOV system operation (AGOV software). Both teams maintain a 24/7 operating organisation and can reach each other by telephone around the clock. During office hours, the operating organisation's response to malfunctions is triggered via the support chain and via automatic end-to-end monitoring; outside of office hours, it is via end-to-end monitoring and the telephone standby service.
Availability of support
Support for end users
There is no central contact point for AGOV. End users should always contact the office responsible for the application they wish to log into. These offices, e.g. a cantonal or federal office, publish the contact options on their applications' pages, for instance.
Support for participating authorities
Support for participating authorities is provided by second-level support during office hours, and only via the agreed creation of online tickets.
